Complete application consists of a cover letter, resume, and three (3) references from the most current supervisors, current criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check, and Prior contact check. 


  • Administrative training
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, assessment, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in CFSIS (Child & Family Services Information System)
  • Be able to work with multi-disciplinary team and groups
  • To work independently with minimum supervision


  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Update and keep current CFS Information System
  • Complete necessary personal paper work as it pertains to Child in Care
  • Maintain financial system to complete monthly submission to finance department, track mandatory checks
  • Update and track internal items within the office
  • Other duties as assigned

 Salary will be negotiable based on qualification
