QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Updated Criminal & Adult Abuse Registry checks required with application
Must be fully vaccinated according to Manitoba Public Health guidelines and provide proof of vaccination.
Must be willing to work shift work, including weekends & holidays
Must be a self-motivated, self-directed worker who requires minimal supervision with the ability to multi-task duties and work under stressful situations at times
Must be in good physical and mental health; due to workload and heavy lifting
Ability to lift, push and pull (up to 50 lbs)
Positive attitude towards residents, co-workers, supervisor and people in general
Respects confidentiality of residents & staff information
