QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must have Foods Handlers, P.R, First Aid and WHMIS Certificates, or willing to take the training
- Updated Criminal & Adult Abuse Registry checks required with application
- Must be fully vaccinated according to Manitoba Public Health guidelines and provide proof of
- Practical knowledge and skills related to preparing and serving food in an institutional or healthcare food service environment, would be an asset
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
- Must be willing to work shift work, including weekends & holidays
- Must be a self-motivated, self-directed worker who requires minimal supervision with the ability to multi-task duties and work under stressful situations at times
- Good physical and mental health
- Positive attitude towards residents, co-workers, supervisor and people in general
- Respects confidentiality of residents & staff information
