Fisher River Housing Department are looking for experienced tradespeople who are interested in completing work such as:

  • Mold remediation
  • Roof replacements
  • Siding replacements
  • Window replacements
  • Landing replacements
  • Exterior and Interior door replacements
  • Flooring installations
  • Kitchen cabinet replacements
  • Bathroom repairs (replacing of tub, vanity and flooring if need to)
  • Electrical services (such as outlet, light or range hood replacements)
  • HRV servicing and/or replacing
  • Furnace replacements
  • Geothermal servicing
  • Insulating of attics/crawlspaces/basements (according to Efficiency MB guidelines)
  • Painting services (including taping, mudding and painting)
  • Duct cleaning services
  • Water filtration system services

Individuals are to submit their Expression of Interest (E.O.I.) on the type of skilled work they are interested in. This will include resume, any certificates and work history for reference:

  • All work completed would be paid on pay week (no exceptions)
  • Must have own tools and transportation to get to work site
  • Work will be inspected on completion by a qualified inspector
