Job Summary:
The File Clerk must have an understanding of confidentiality and data protection, they must possess computer skills, manual filing skills and keen attention to detail, which is necessary for their success because it aims to preserve company records while managing paperwork effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Formal training and/or a minimum of two years’ experience with administrative duties as it pertains to filing, documents, forms, or retrieving of files;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Good physical, mental & emotional health:
- Able to take direction and follows through to completion of tasks;
- Excellent writing & communication skills.
- Able to work as a team member;
- Very good interpersonal skills: respectful and professional attitude;
- Must abide by Fisher River Cree Nation’s policies and by-laws and Illegal Drug Testing.
