RECEPTIONIST – WINNIPEG OFFICE
Term Position until March 31, 2025

Job Summary:

The Receptionist is the first contact to the organization.  They provide a warm and professional welcome to the organization providing a high level of customer service.  Duties include:  providing administrative support to staff and clients, recording incoming, outgoing mail / fax, operating phone lines, and other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Post Secondary Education and/or related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attention to detail
  • Dependability and punctual

  • Child/Adult Abuse Registry Form (current)
  • Criminal Record Check (current)
  • 3 References (1 from most recent employer)
