RECEPTIONIST – WINNIPEG OFFICE
Term Position until March 31, 2025
Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first contact to the organization. They provide a warm and professional welcome to the organization providing a high level of customer service. Duties include: providing administrative support to staff and clients, recording incoming, outgoing mail / fax, operating phone lines, and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Post Secondary Education and/or related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Dependability and punctual
