Supervisor:       Executive Director Hours of Work:  80 Hours Bi-Weekly

Job Summary:

Ochekwi Sipi Cree Nation Personal Care Home is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance department and ensure our facility operates smoothly and efficiently.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards regulations, and maintaining the overall functionality of the facility.

Qualifications:

  • Technical certification in maintenance or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in a healthcare or longer-term care
  • Strong knowledge of Generator, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance
  • Understanding of safety regulations and fire code
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
  • Experience working within a First Nations health care
  • Effective communication and organizational
  • Good physical and mental health well-
