Supervisor:      Executive Director Hours of Work:    Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm

 Job Summary:

Ochekwi Sipi Cree Nation Personal Care Home is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance department and ensure our facility operates smoothly and efficiently.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards regulations, and maintaining the overall functionality of the facility.

Qualifications:

  • Technical certification in maintenance or a related field experience.
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in a healthcare or longer-term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Generator, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance settings.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and fire code systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Experience working within a First Nations health care environment.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Good physical and mental health well-being.
