Fisher River Cree Nation is thrilled to announce that the legendary country music group Doc Walker and the iconic Canadian country rock band The Road Hammers will be the headliners for the 18th Annual Fisher River Cree Nation Community Celebration on Sunday July 28!
Doc Walker, the acclaimed country duo composed of Chris Thorsteinson and Dave Wasyliw, have been electrifying stages across the country for over two decades. With their signature blend of heartfelt lyrics and infectious melodies, they have solidified their place as one of the most beloved acts in Canadian country music.
Joining them on the bill are the legendary Road Hammers, the multi-award-winning country rock band known for their high-energy performances and anthemic tunes. Led by the charismatic Jason McCoy, The Road Hammers have been captivating audiences for over 15 years, and their appearance at our concert is sure to be a highlight of the evening.

Featuring Greg Dunstan on bass, James Klassen on keys, Sean Taylor Johnston on acoustic guitar and vocals, Juno award winner Jeff Kula on drums, multi-time MCMA guitar player of the year Sean Borton on guitar, and newly minted MCMA Auxiliary Player of the year Blaine Badiuk on fiddle and mandolin.
