Notice to Members/Employee's Traveling Abroad

On March 16^th, 2020 at 12:30 P.M. Prime Minister Trudeau announced all Canadian travelers beyond the United States and Canadian boarders were asked to come home, and starting at  12:01 A.M.  March 18^th, all Canadians will be screened prior to getting on the planes.
Should any Canadian show signs/symptoms of the COVID-19 virus they will not be allowed back in the country until their signs and symptoms have passed. A strong message was relayed, “all individuals planning on traveling out of Canada and US Boarders, are asked to cancel their trips”.
With the above stated, any employees and/or Fisher River Cree Nation membership who still choose to travel outside the United States and Canadian boarders, and become infected with the COVID-19 virus, to which requiring them to stay in that country, will endure all associated costs on their own.
