Out of common courtesy for the health of the Fisher River Human Resource Program staff and Fisher River community members as well as reducing the possible spread of the COVID-19 Virus, we are asking that anyone who is showing flu like symptoms such as sneezing, coughing or fever not to enter the Fisher River Human Resource building.
If you are showing any of these symptoms and require help with Employment Insurance Benefits, Old Age Security Pension or Canadian Pension Plans you are advised to call Service Canada at 1-800-206- 7218. Please understand that there is a higher than normal call volume at this time for Service Canada and the wait time that you will experience will be longer than normal as well.
If you are showing any of these symptoms and require assistance with other services, we ask that you contact us via our office number at 204-645-4509 or via email as [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
As well, to further protect against the spread or infection of the COVID-19 Virus, the Drop-In will be closed effective immediately.
These practices will be kept in place until further notice. We hope that everyone remains healthy during this time.
Respectfully,
Stephanie Cochrane,
Employment & Training Coordinator
