Message regarding Medical Appointments during Travel Ban

We are advising our residents to reschedule their medical appointments unless it is an emergency or essential during this time.
Medical Transportation will verify appointments and provide you a medical letter that you can show at the checkpoint if your appointment is essential.
While traveling, please just go to your appointment; no shopping or going to salons, no visiting family or friends as that can increase the chances of catching COVID-19 during this time as infections south of the communities are at all time highs.
If you can, go alone to your appointments. If escort is needed, it should just be you and your escort.
Practice strict physical distance and hand hygiene during your travel and at your medical appointments.
When you arrive back from your appointments please self monitor and limit your traffic outside of your home and continue to practice the safety protocol in your home and out in the community.
