As report in the Manitoba COVID-19 Bulletin #555 – January 17, 2022 (https://news.gov.mb.ca/news/index.html?item=53187&posted=2022-01-17); Manitoba has declared an Outbreak at the Ochekwi-Sipi Personal Care Home (PCH) and has been placed in the Critical level. The PCH has implemented additional precautions before the outbreak in response to the rise in cases in the community such as suspending social visits and leaves for all the residents.
Based on the guidelines, an outbreak is defined and declared with a total of two cases (staff, resident, visitor).
We want to ensure that all the measures are and will remain in place to ensure the safety of the residents.
