Cree Nation Radio Manager
(Part-Time Position – 55 hrs Bi-weekly)
Fisher River Cree Nation is presently seeking a qualified individual for the position as Cree Nation Radio Manager. The Cree Nation Radio Manager will work closely with and report to the Director of Operations.
Key Activities:
- Respond to External and Internal inquiries;
- Generate Sales;
- Keep Community informed with news and announcements;
- Invoicing and Accounting;
- Record commercials;
- On-air presence;
- Perform other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Must be comfortable with being on-air;
- Experience working with computer programs (Mac, Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Excellent written, communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Knowledge of general office procedures, practices and office equipment.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Must adhere to FRCN Policies & Procedures, including the Illegal Drug By-law, etc;
- Must provide with Resume, Criminal Record Check, Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks.
