Office Assistant (Charles Sinclair School) – Opportunity

Fisher River Board of Education is accepting applications for Office Assistant at Charles Sinclair School.

Duties:

1. Perform clerical duties
2. Perform various office procedures
3. Provide computer processing services
4. Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Criteria:

1. Grade 12 diploma with 1-2 years of general clerical or office experience preferred;
2. Must be knowledgeable in office management and computer processing;
3. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills;
4. Must be able to work under stressful situations;
5. Must be able to deal with the students and public with courtesy and efficiency;
6. Ability to work with minimal supervision;
7. Ability to work as a team member;
8. Must adhere to the Fisher River Cree Nation Illegal Drug Policy and submit to pre-employment drug testing;
9. Current Vulnerable Criminal Record and Child Abuse Record checks.
