FISHER RIVER CREE NATION BOARD TRAINING
April 12th; 9:00 am-12:00 pm

One of Leadership’s key objectives is to strengthen the governance structure by focusing on capacity building which means creating policies to be used by FRCN going forward. Among the policies is the Governance Code which will serve a guiding document for Council.

As per the Code, going forward, all boards will have appointed representatives. Board training will be a requirement for community members interested in serving on all FRCN Boards.  The training will be provided by Sonny Cochrane, with Cochrane Saxberg.

There is limited seating, the first 20 people to register will be selected.
