Fisher River Purchases Charter Bus

Fisher River Cree Nation is thrilled to announce the purchase of a brand-new charter bus for the community! This wonderful addition will provide families and elders with safe and comfortable transportation for various activities and events. We are especially excited to share that the first big trip planned is a special one – taking our beloved elders to the National Elders Gathering in Edmonton this fall.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible organizations that helped make this purchase possible: Fisher River Cree Nation, Ochekwi-Sipi Personal Care Home, Fisher River Family Services, Fisher River Economic Development Corporation, Fisher River Sports & Recreation, Fisher River Health Services, Fisher River Board of Education, Fisher River Jordan’s Principle, and the First Nations Healing Centre. Your support and collaboration have made a significant difference in our community, and we are immensely grateful for your contribution to this important initiative.
