Employees who are part of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers walked out at 12:01 a.m. Toronto time on Friday, according to a union statement. The work stoppage at Canada Post Corp. will disrupt mail services across the country. Fisher River Cree Nation is happy to congratulate member Elliot Wilson (son of Chrissy & Vince Wilson) on his graduation from the University of Manitoba’s Bachelor of Environmental Studies – Honours degree. Elliot graduated with First Class Honours and has already been accepted to a Masters program.
