Visitation Principles

Good day families, friends, and community members. Due to the recent rise in cases with the ‘delta’ variant, we regret to inform our visitors that effective immediately, all visitors will require vaccination status. As the operator of the PCH, we reserve the right to request to see “proof” of your vaccine. We would like to remind our visitors at this time, that we are putting forth these extra safe guard measures to protect your loved one, our staff, and the whole community.

We are now entering the 4^th wave, so we need to keep our guard up. There is a ‘delta variant’ outbreak in one of the PCH’s and this is a fresh reminder that we need to do all that we can to further protect our elders.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during these trying times. Please use facetime, zoom, or the telephone to keep in touch with your loved one. We will try our best to accommodate such requests.

Just a reminder, the PCH also reserves the right to cancel any visit if the recommendations are not being followed. If you require any further clarification, please call the nurse on duty @ 204-645-2811
