The Fisher River Economic Development Corporation (FRED Corp.) Board of Directors, Fisher River Cree Nation Chief and Council, and FRED Corp. management are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of “Beach Cove Campground & RV Park”, Lake Winnipeg’s newest destination for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike!
Once fully completed, Beach Cove Campground & RV Park will feature approximately 160 sites, offering a mix of serviced sites with full hookups and basic sites for those seeking a more rustic experience. We’re excited to offer seasonal sites for guests who want to enjoy all that the stunning lakefront has to offer throughout the warmer months.
Our campground will include modern bathrooms with showers, a general store, and a convenient pump-out station to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay. For those looking for a unique outdoor lodging experience, we’ll also be adding yurts soon, blending the comforts of home with nature’s beauty.
We are aiming to open a portion of the first bay, closest to Pertson Road, by mid to late July, welcoming campers to experience the breathtaking scenery and warm community spirit of the Fisher Bay Provincial Park.
