Fisher River Cookbook awarded "Best in the World 2021" - Gourmand Awards

The Fisher River Cookbook that was created in partnership with University of Winnipeg have received awards in the two categories: B-22 – University Press; and D-15, “Natural Foods”.

We would like to acknowledge excellent support, collaboration, and cooperation from Carol Cochrane; Gerry Mason, Chief David Crate and all FRCN councilors, UW Research office, UW Senior Administration including Dr. Glenn Moulaison , Previous IS Chair Dr. Romanow, UW faculty team and staff, students at IS and MDP and congratulate all for this achievement.
