(2) Supervisors – Summer Employment
(4 Week Term Position)

Employment & Training is seeking 2 Summer Employment Supervisors to oversee and support summer students placed throughout the community. The positions will run from July 6 to July 31, 2026.

Main Duties

  • Supervisors will support summer students throughout the community
  • Ensure assigned duties are completed
  • Monitor work performance
  • Transport students, lawn mowers and equipment to assigned work locations
  • Maintain communication with Employment & Training

Eligible Participants

  • Possess a valid class 4 driver’s licence
  • Be able to transport students to and from the office
  • Have motivation and work independently
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Must be 18 and older to apply
  • Be reliable and on time for work daily
  • Hours of work 8:30-4:30
  • Must adhere to FRCN Policies & Procedures, including the Illegal Drug By-law, Vaccination Policy, etc.
  • Must provide a resume, current Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks and a Criminal Record Check
  • A Grade 12 diploma is an asset
  • Fisher River Band Member
  • PREFERENCE will be given to applicants with access to a truck and trailer capable of transporting lawn mowers and maintenance equipment
  • Applicants must submit their Criminal Records Check, an Adult Abuse Registry check and a Child Abuse Registry Check with a resume.
