Fisher River Health Services received the 2nd Doses of the Moderna Vaccine yesterday. The Vaccination Clinic will begin today (Wednesday February 17) at the Personal Care Home and the Community Centre. Health Staff will be contacting all individuals that received the first dose in January to schedule appointments. We will advise the public when additional vaccines arrive for more 1st dose vaccinations. Thank you!

The last day of the COVID-19 vaccine clinic was held this past week and we were able to vaccinate 210 to all eligible community members. The second dose will be given once we get them delivered from the Province which they just notified us that it will be mid to end of February, we apologize as some were expecting their second dose next week. Due to a delay in the delivery of the Pfizer vaccine to Canada, the Province of Manitoba will be scaling back its immunization campaign. All first and second dose appointments already booked will continue as planned however, No New Appointments will be made.
