It has come to the attention of Chief and Council that Owen Hall has been trespassing on the reserve and residing in a home owned by FRCN without authorization from FRCN; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: THAT Chief and Council on behalf of FRCN hereby Order that Owen Hall be removed from the reserve pursuant to section 3.3 of By-Law No. 2017-13.
