Positive Cases *Please notify FRHC nurses at 431-256-0395 (8:30am – 4:30pm) of a positive COVID-19 home test. Fully vaccinated (2 doses): 5 day isolation from symptom onset or test day as long as individual is symptom free for 24 hours at the end of day 5.
