Matrimonial Real Property Law Does Not Pass due to not meeting the Voting Requirements

The Fisher River Cree Nation held a ratification vote on the Matrimonial Real Property Law, an important step toward asserting greater control over family property matters within the community. Amphibex To Begin Ice Breaking on the River

Please be advised that the Amphibex (Ice Breakers) will begin operation Thursday March 19 in the river to break up ice to alleviate the risk of Flooding this spring.
