Manitoba is now offering an Immunization Card for people are fully immunized. To request an Immunization Card, community members can call 1.844.MAN.VACC (1.844.626.8222) and follow the call prompts to request your card. When you request your Immunization Card, a digital card that you can carry on your mobile phone will be created automatically.
